Job: Full Time Long term Shift: Morning (must be very flexible) Pay rate: 15/hour Location: Kipling and Evans Requirements: College Degree OR 3 years of experience in OFFICE customer service Passionate about customer service Able to adapt the technical speech to different audiences Able to multi-task in a fast pace environment, with limited supervision Strong problem solving and decision-making skill Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (word and excel) Reliable, team player, able to make decisions and follow up with team members Strong communication over the phone and interpersonal skills Able to analyze problems and document problems and follow-ups Organized and detail-oriented English – written and spoken
Job Description Answer customers’ questions regarding our current offers/promotions, technical support and our products; Follow up with customers regarding changes to their orders or additional delays, and offer alternative solutions; Inform customers of current promotions; Follow up with customers when changes may affect the service level; Manage customers’ files using internal tools Follow up on customers’ complaints.
