Call Centre Requires Full & Part Time Customer Service Agent(s) to: • Provide courteous, prompt and professional service to customers over the phone with the goal of resolving customer questions and concerns during the first contact. • Work with other customer service representatives in a team oriented environment. • Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs
Job Requirements • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is an asset • Provide exceptional customer service to potential and existing customer’s regarding our products and services. • Handle both inbound, outbound calls, and emails according to our service standards in a professional and courteous manner • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, are required • A passion for providing exceptional customer service • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills • Attention to detail • Ability to work in a team oriented environment • PC Proficient (Word, Excel, Email) • Keyboarding skills (30 wpm+) • Provide accurate and timely information • Investigate claims and ensure appropriate action is taken in regards to customer inquiries or issues by identifying source of error and determining solution responsibility
